Shale Shaker Screen Manufacturing

M-I Services pre-tensioned screen frames consist of a grid made from a composite of high strength plastic and glass, reinforced with high strength steel rods. This results in a stronger, cleaner (rust resistant), lighter and more efficient screen compared to a steel-framed screen. M-I Services unique composite frame balance durability with strength, thus convey solids more efficiently than traditional metal framed screens. M-I Services screens weigh less than most typical metal-frame screens thus handling the screens during the installation and removal process is less straining for the rig personnel.
